Christmas at a beach

We had a spontaneous road trip to La Perouse beach on Christmas afternoon. Seeing that we were driving with five cars, 15 people in total, difficulties were expected to rise; and they did. Honestly, I strongly believe it was the faults of the two cars which sped off in front of the rest when they didn't even know where the place was. Their excuse was that we were driving so slowly, we were almost stopping traffic. We were only going slow enough to let the others follow, to watch out for the right sign to turn at and to follow the car that was leading. I didn't mind if they sped off, but at least know where you were going. If you didn't, then don't act all mighty and drive off like that =.=. Either way, it's their own fault for getting lost and having to turn back to exit at the right place. 

When we got there, it took us a while to find parking. I guess it was our fault, seeing that we left pretty late in the afternoon. The beach was pretty small, almost like a bay. We practically did all the things you usually do at a beach: build stuff with sand; play in the water; play football; tan; run around; etc. For some reason, the water seemed much colder than normal beach water =S To me, it was extremely cold, or maybe I just don't really like the cold in general. With football, my deepest apologies to Stephen and Raymond for ripping their clothes T_T I swear it wasn't intentionally. It's just ... with sport, I tend to get a bit aggressive; adrenaline pumps through my veins when there's competition. Sometimes, when I feel unwanted, I want to prove that it's their loss when they don't want me and that I'm actually a fierce opponent. Though, I think my behaviour may have ruined their game, so I apologise for that as well. Jack and Evan joined us later on.

It was not until around 7:30PM before we decided to leave. Strangely enough, rather than getting dressing inside the changing room, even if it was pretty small, we were changing at the back. Why? Apparently, it was because it smells =S ? I just hope no one was looking at us >.<. We all decided to go back to Canley Heights to eat, except for Sandra, Thanh and friends because they were going to go to another party. While driving back, it vexed yet amused me to see Jack and Ellen do tricks on their motorcycles. Jack even burnt himself while trying to dry off his pants LOL. Oh, and unbelievable thing happened: A guy in a civic wanted to race Steven and his sports car, and the civic actually won O_O. Never have I thought that a sports car could lose to a civic O_O. Apparently, it had something to do with the engine of the civic. My Linh said something about it being a turbo. I have no idea about cars, so I'll just stop there. 

After dinner at a Vietnamese restaurant, Steven, Alan and Bonny left to someone's house while the rest of us went to have desserts at Little Star, at Canley Vale, which used to be Blue Haven. We had an 8 scoops of ice-cream desserts. The place looks pretty modern and its style seem to aim more at younger customers. They even have an aquarium full of fish, exactly like the ones in the movie Finding Nemo =D. They were so pretty =D. After desserts, we all went our separate ways. Many thanks to Linh for driving me and for inviting me out =). Many thanks to Raymond for shouting me Maccas for lunch and for listening to me talk =).

Odd. We went out on Christmas day, but we didn't really celebrate it LOL.

Linh and her family held a Christmas party on Christmas eve and she invited her friends over, including me. It was a BBQ Christmas party in her backyard; friends were separated on a different table to family. I guess not everyone was too hungry because after a half an hour of eating, the kids, Linh and friends decided to go to the park to play some football. It was pretty fun but I must apologise to Alan and Bonny for scratching them. It was unintentional of course! I also felt sorry for Jack because he did most of the running while the rest of just stayed back LOL. It was cute to see the kids run around though =) one of the little boys even tried to take me down; he was so cute =D. After an hour or so, when we were playing stuck-in-the-mud, Anthony and friend met up with us. Surprisingly, Anthony's friend was Long. When we saw each other, we were quite surprised because we didn't expect to see each other at ALL. It's bee a couple of years since I last saw him.

I had to leave them at around 8:30PM to get my hair cut. I must say, I now understand how people feel when they miss their long hair after cutting it off. I MISS MY HAIR T_T WHY DID I CUT IT FOR T_T. Actually, I just wanted to cut my fringe shorter and my hair shorter, but the hairdresser cut it too short T_T!!! *sigh* I'll just have to wait for it to grow again =(. 

I got back to Linh's house an hour later. We were watching some Christmas shows on television before everyone got hungry again. By then, Linh's relatives have left so we had the backyard and BBQ all to ourselves =). So for the next couple of hours, we ate, drank and talked. Cool weather, bright Christmas decoration lights and good company; it was a great night to be out. Hearing fireworks in the neighborhood made me wish to have sparklers of our own. Oh wells. 

For the rest of the night, we played Bloody Mary, drank cruisers, ate chocolate, sang karaoke and took photos. There were some things that I realised by then: guys really suck at playing Bloody Mary - and I mean REALLY; don't drink too much cruisers of the same colour because it'll just stain your lips; and some guys just don't like following the notes while singing. We played until midnight because Linda didn't want to open the presents until Christmas Day. Tradition is that you're suppose to open presents on Boxing Day, but whatever. Our hostess, generous Linh, have bought all her friends that she invited gifts for Christmas =). Isn't she sweet? For 30 minutes, on Christmas morning, she was Santa Claus =) just without the beard and all. Mind you, although she didn't have flying reindeers, she transformed her car into a reindeer =D. I received a leather handbag and a box of Rose chocolates. Don't worry, Linh also received her own fair share of presents too, just at different times of the week =p. 

Linh, you're a sweet, generous and considerate girl. I wish you all the happiness of the world because you deserve it =). I thank my lucky stars for having someone like you as friend. Merry Christmas and thank you for your generosity and hospitality. Good things will happen to good people =).

a sense of vertigo

On Sunday, Derek made an outing to Villawood's indoor rock climbing gym. I'm actually kind of afraid of heights (batophobia), or the fear of falling (bathophobia) anyways. However, since it's the first time I've ever been to rock climb and since it's such a fun sport, I can't restrict myself from such enjoyment just because of my fear of heights. Hence, I continuously challenged myself to reaching the top of a number of different rock climbing activities. Although I had a sense of vertigo once I reached the top, when I finally got back down again, I felt quite satisfied and accomplished =). I know it's a small achievement for most people, but it meant quite a bit to me =). I wish I bought icecream just to reward myself =P oh wells. There was one that i wished I could've been able to accomplish further, which was the rope one. Of course, knowing that I lack upper body strength, I wouldn't have been able to reach the top anyways, but I wish I could've went further. I guess it wasn't so bad since the first time I tried it, I couldn't even go past the 3rd knot, but in my second try, after analysing how other people did it, I managed to get up to the 5th knot or something =). It wasn't half way, but at least I went past my previous record, so it's all okay. 

Once again, the strength of males fascinated me. With my own eyes, I saw Derek lift himself up 10 steps with only his fingers; I saw Nicholas climb a wall that I couldn't even jump onto; I saw Kenny challenge himself and climbed on the rock wall using only specific coloured rocks; and Edim's flexible will always fascinate and annoy me. Yes, I am envious of Edim for being so flexible because I want to be flexible myself. He have me a few pointers but it really depends if I'm motivated enough to use those pointers to help make myself more flexible. Speaking of males, Kelly and I saw Jason S. and Peter D. #2, along with people a grade above us, there as well. Apparently, it was also their first time too, like me =). We talked a bit before going our separate ways. They just came while we were leaving for lunch ^_^ oh wells.

Many thanks to Kenny and Derek because we used their cars to get back to Cabramatta for lunch. For lunch, we ate at the Noodle House. It was a bit more expensive than your average Cabramatta restaurant, but I think it's worth it because the food taste better than the average Cabramatta restaurant. Seeing that Kelly was leaving to America in a couple of days, we decided to shout her the meal. *Sigh* another person leaving =(. So far, it's mostly been girls who're on vacation =S. I honestly wonder why. Anyways, I hope she has a great time and that she takes care of herself and her sister =). Hopefully, I'll get to see her again just because she leaves this Thursday. Well, we had nothing else to do after lunch/dinner so we all just went home =). I should stop typing now because my arms are killing me from yesterday T_T, so that's it for now =). Hopefully, I'll  be more consistent and on time with my blog posts next time =P.

world record

The rhythm of the game pulsed through my veins, amplifying my adrenaline. Contracting. Relaxing. The routine repeating itself like a broken record player. Perspiration cascaded down my face. An increase intake of oxygen. Here it comes, here it comes...

"OHHHHHHHHHHHHHH"

And the crowd goes wild! A world record people! I entered the year 12 Cabra-Vale basketball game as a substitute, and not even 10 seconds have passed before I went out of the game.

Foul play? No. Got tired? No. Got booed off? No.

People out there, there is a lesson that should be learnt - never wear school leather shoes for sport on a rainy day. Yes, 2 bloody knees + an elbow = a bloody mess! I practically cleaned the floor with my stockings - and it was concrete ground! It was my last pair of stockings with no holes in them! It's the 4th pair actually. When will I learn my lesson?! Was it worth it? Well, our team lost 1 - 4 so no, I don't think it was worth it, especially when I barely even played! DAMN YOU!

On a positive note, my friend, oh mighty Fianna Phung, did excellently well in our Biology trials papers. I, on the other hand, did not ... Biology is actually the outlier of my subjects, but that's not the point here. The point is, she got 92%, smashing Eric Tran by 4 marks >O=) !!! It is a well known fact, to all CVHS students, that Eric is an intelligent student. He's almost as famous as Mousawi Chau and his intelligence with all the science subjects! Since Mousawi doesn't do Biology, it's obvious that Eric took the position of first place. Fianna beating Eric is quite a shocing revelation. So, CONGRATULATIONS FIANNA!!!

cure boredom with pain

It was our last. The last time to demonstrate our brawn over our brains. The last time for our patriotic side to conquer. The last time for us to perform for the sake of our respected house colours. The last time the school gets together, when we're still here, and not do work. Yes, it was our last athletics carnival. Alas, the carnival was seriously lacking the sense of commitment and entertainment. There were many casualties, and I happened to be one of them. I received two blows to the bottom part of my back - one from stupidity and the other from the attempt of doing high jump. I'd like to comment on an individual who received the most serious injury out of all of us: Minhky. That brave, silly soul. Since I haven't seen the incident, I'll just have to recount based on other people who managed to witness this extraordinary occurrence. It was said that he was running seriously, though in the distance it looked like he was playing around, and couldn't stop properly and hence, he rolled forward and dislocated his left shoulder. The paramedics came and took him away to the Liverpool hospital where he was nursed and tendered with drugs, medications and bandages. According to Danny, he has borken his collar bone and according to Minhky, himself, he won't be back to school until about a week later. At the moment, he's home resting with his arm in a sling. I hope he'll get better soon!!! GOOD LUCKIES! He seems to be taking it easy. I thought he'd be in tears from the pain, but I guess the drugs stopped that from happening ROFLS! Good on you, Minhky =) !!!

I wish I'd have taken more photos at the park, but I guess there wasn't actually one that I could take a picture of. Don't be confused with my title because it'll explain itself further on in my blog. Okay, so I was a bit late with catching up with the others at the station but thankfully, they didn't leave me behind =D! We waited. And waited. And waited. We waited for the bus, we waited to get there, guided by Eric, which made us look like some sort of 'Japanese tourists' and we waited for butter, then drinks, then serviettes, and then the sauce. It wasn't so bad.

The scenery was a sight for sore eyes and the food was pretty fulfilling. The thing was, it got boring. The swings were hilarious (note on how Mitchell was swinging for quite a while on it =D childhood FTW!), the ropes were challenging and even watching the boys humiliate themselves with chucking footballs and the opponents' packages was entertaining but I guess it wasn't enough to keep up preoccupied for the rest of the afternoon. Though, I do thank David C. and the boys and girls who helped with buying, or making, the food for the rest of the grade and all =D!!! Good for you people!!! I'm so amaze how people could wear shorts and dresses, like Eileen! She must have a strong immune system or something! The weather's getting colder as each day goes by. Autumn *sigh*. Thankfully, I haven't had any serious asthma attack, so that's fine by me =).

I'd like to say how although Athena's cakes weren't a master chief's delivery, it sure tickled the taste buds sweetly. I'd never thought I'd like anything with banana, but she actually made it nice and edible to eat, so I thank her. Also, Kim's salads and Jenny, Cathleen, and Katty's sushi were also delicious =D. The rice was a bit strange, but I'm still alive! Besides, one should not complain about food, especially when it's made by other people. If you made it yourself, it's okay to complain because you just know you're crap =P. I know I definitely AM a crap cook hahaha! Hms... I wish I could actually use my own advice with my mum's cooking. Not that it's bad, but I guess repetition does get to you after a while. I've never really liked repetition of any sort, especially songs. Maybe that's why I don't really like rap songs xP?

Jenny, Katty and I left to Parramatta's Westfields shopping centre and did a bit of shopping and window shopping =). They sure are piling up with the Winter/Autumn clothes right now. We saw other people from the picnic as well. People were gradually leaving the picnic. The boys were most likely left because they were still playing and eating. I have to say, it was quite funny when we were at JB HI-FI when Jenny suddenly stopped, hence I stopped, hence Katty stopped. What a chain reaction ROFLS!

When evening came, I went to Cindy T.'s house for her charity event: Drawtism. Unfortunately, I was unable to donate today, but I will! I definitely will when I get my allowance for school again... hahaha! I'm honestly sorry Cindy!!!

By the way, I met so many more Seftoners, all of which are Cindy's friends and they were just so nice and considerate! They really are a friendly bunch =D. Thankfully, Kelly and Minhky were there with me, so it wasn't so bad.Cindy was such a nice host, offering us food and all. We played eye-toy first, which was awesome yet tiring (Kelly and I were being competitive with one another LOLS! It's funny to see how Kelly cheats LOL!), before involving ourselves in a fierce game of Pictionary, who Cindy's friend was generous to let us borrow for the night. I think her name was Evan? I'm not completely sure ^___^'. Everyone was quite good and very competitive. It was really funny how we attempted to sabotage each other, but it didn't really work xD!

A hilarious thing about the event was when Vicky, Stephanie, Melissa, Minhky and Cindy each had an individual dare which they must do for the night. E.G. Vicky was to say 'in bed' at the end of every sentence she said. Melissa had to sound like she's giving birth every time Stephanie said 'now' and likewise with Stephanie, except she had to do the Y.M.C.A 3 times instead. Minhky had to talk like Yoda from Star Wars and Cindy had to speak in one syllabus word sentences. That proved to be quite difficult. I'd like to have a go at that game. Maybe I will one day xD.

In all my previous experiences regarding to the cross country, including this year, never had my house won a game. Not in the swimming carnival, not in the athletics carnival and definitely not in the cross country carnival. Hence, it was a shock to us all when Parkes (blue house) actually came first for the cross country! I was screaming my head off because never in my high school years have Parkes ever won a game. I'm quite glad that I actually tried again this year too. I thought I was just walk and all, since it's the last year. I had the 'why bother' approach toward the event, but I decided to go against it. Of course, there was barely competition since hardly anyone tried, so becoming 5th wasn't such a hard job. It's quite funny that I came 5th in 20 minutes and 8 seconds. Honestly, that time is quite slow, but who cares. The point it, my house won WOOT WOOT!

Oh, and I have to say that I was quite surprise to see the easter bunny, accompanied by a fairy, at Cabramatta. I got a hug, took a photo of them with my mobile and received a chocolate egg =). If Nancy didn't point them out to me, I wouldn't have seen them. They were from the Fairfield City Council (FCC) promoting Easter, which is around the corner. It just gets better every year, doesn't it? LOL!

gettin' down 'n' dirty

Hms... what can I say about today? Well, I was late, again, but I guess not the lastest =). We saw Chrissy with a friend, then Eileen and her boyfriend =). They were going to Fairfield, and so were we, except ... we were on the opposite. We didn't realise until I saw the train on the other side THEN I realised that the side we were on was going to Liverpool =.= Stupid Titan LOL! Sarina, Titan and I went shopping at Fairfield for Sarina's birthday present =). Anyways, it got pretty tiring walking here and then... but in the end... we did it! ROFLS! We helped Sarina get in touch with her feminine side =D, and boy does she look SMASHING! Anyways, I also found a summer red and white stripped dress and I really wanted to buy it! Alas, I had no money, so I asked my mum to take me to Fairfield's Big W to buy it tomorrow =) WOOT WOOT! I hope I can still buy it!

Anyways, We can back to Cabramatta and went to Titan's house to have a rest and eat some lunch. We then met up with George, Jason and Kelly at the park next to PCYC and we played some games. I sure recevied a lot of injuries xO! I think the game got quite competitive, ngeh. We all got pretty dirty from diving and falling and rolling on the ground O_o'. Anyways, we shopped with Kelly for a bit, before Titan and I left to the park. We sure had a lot of fun playing like little kids, but then we had to go home. Later on, we played cricket with Tri and his friend and they found a dead bird O_o R.I.P. I had dinner at Titan's house, and then I went home =). That's about it, I guess!

drop it like it's hot

You know, I thought today was going to be another boring day at home, maybe doing chores for $5 or something. Of course, I never really thought of getting paid to do house chores O_o. I mean, the idea of getting more cash each week is tempting, but come on, chores are like one of the responsibilities of the children. Okay, so I've never really done chores before, but I don't mind helping out at other people's houses, so I might as well get use to doing chores at my own house. Maybe because it's someone else house that I don't wanna be the reason for any mess made, I'd help clean out. However, at home, I'd laze around like no tomorrow!

Anyways, Kelly gave me a call and asked me to go out to celebrate the last day of year 11 and end of holidays with them. I agreed, of course. In the end, it was just Jason, George, Kelly, Sarina and I playing around sports. Kelly had to leave for her driving lessons, so the rest of us just stayed and played card games.

Surprisingly enough, Peter D2. and his friends went there later. I pretended I couldn't see Peter just to mess with him lols! We left at about 2 something in the afternoon to help Jason buy some drinks and we played mind games during the whole trip.

Boy was Jason's mother young! I almost thought it was his sister or something. Like seriously. ask Kelly or something. So young! Anyways, at Jason's house we just learnt need card games to play LOL! That's about it. That's how I spent the last day of the holidays, the last day of year 11, the last day of freedom. *sigh*

Anyways, I have school tomorrow, so I'm outs. CIAO!
PS. If you're wondering how the title relates to the blog, I was referring to the sports we were playing, because dang, today was hot alright, and the solid, heat-absorbing balls didn't help much LOL! Well, they weren't really heat-absorbing balls... but you know what I mean LOL!

tennis

Nothing much happened on the weekends except I met up with Jeffrey, Jason and George, on Sunday, and we played tennis. It was he first time I've ever played tennis and George and Jason couldn't stop teasing me about being a pro on wii but a sucker in real life. Of course they didn't say those exact words, but overall the jokes on me. I wasn't the only one lacking the skills. The boys weren't playing as seriously either. They were good, but that didn't mean they were giving it their all. I guess it's cause they had to put up with a noob like me *sighs*. Anyways, Kelly and Titan couldn't make it because both were sick. We played for a coupe of hours, however I think we talked more than we played. We went our separate ways after the game, so Jeffrey and I went to the station to wait for Vicky. I wanted to see her too because I haven't seen her in ages, and boy was Jeffrey hungry O_o'. Oh wells, I was starving too because I didn't have breakfast. Stupid boys, always hate waiting don't they =.=. I guess it's partially my fault too for making them wait for so long. I slept at 6 in the morning on the same day of the outing LOL! *shhh* I know, I know I should be sleeping earlier, but the holidays just killed my routine. Anyways, that's about it from me.

bundled up

So many things have occurred in the last 2 weeks. I've been occupied with numerous of things and events that it's almost unbelievable! To me anyways xD!

Sarina, Titan and I went shopping for our kimono materials, then to Sarina's house to cut out pieces and help Sarina iron the material while she sewed our kimono. Her dog, White King, was oh so cute and white! Don't forget HUGE! And I'm not kidding when I say that it can actually tear you half apart! At first he was barking at us and etc. Later, when we entered the house, he became so friendly with us! Sarina's so talented! She can COOK and SEW! Now that's what I call a woman LOL! She spent nights doing out kimono, that poor girl. At times, she was even away the next day due to exhaustion. I borrowed her case of DVDs. I swear, that girl has so much movies!!! We practiced at Titan's house and we actually managed to work out the whole dance!Woot woot for us!

I DROVE! I actually drove! It wasn't so bad. A bit scary, but it was pretty fun. I was so eager to drive. Titan drove too! She drove 30km/hr while I drove ... 4km/hr =_='. Oh wells, my mum wants to take it easy with me. Can't blame her. Both of my cousin were quite ... logical and sensible and yet ... they still crash the car a couple of times.

We watched 'The Others' and I didn't like it one bit. A couple of seconds after the introduction, the scene was Nicole Kidman screaming. At that moment, I screamed and fell off my chair. How am I suppose to know that she just starts screaming out of no where?! Anyways, later Peter D1 popped a balloon in the middle of a scary scene. Luckily, I was covering my eyes with my book. The second time we watched it Thomas screamed out of no where and I thought it was Peter again. Half the class screamed because of Thomas >x(! We still haven't finish watching it so we're going to finish watching next term.

Today, we had our last lesson for swimming. We were racing and splashing the teachers. People were getting cramps, like Cindy, Maylina and Shain. I was racing Jenny in backstroke and I actually swam diagonally and crossed her path and she hit my foot. I seriously have no sense of direction! The others were laughing at me LOL! I would be too! Well, I was ... but you get my point xD! We also had rehearsals as well. I think the stress of the performance was getting to us, especially Sarina. Titan was getting pretty heated too, and so was I. Tien didn't really stress that much. The performances were great! They make us feel like amateurs. Later, we returned to Titan's house and I helped her with a video. It was part of her Legal Studies assignment and kind of our first composition of 'Talkshow Productions.' It was pretty hilarious! There were so many bloopers and we kept on drinking instant coffee, and we kept on laughing, which makes us want to go to the toilet. It was like a chain reaction. The coffee seemed to make us feel sleepy rather than energetic, but since I had as much sugar as coffee, it balanced out. Titan didn't have that much sugar so she felt more sleepy than me.

*sigh* Now my mum is mad at me for having time to help Titan and her assignment and I'm doing nothing for my school work. Can't blame her. MY REPORT WAS SHIT T_______T!!!

PS. We celebrated Mr. Donohue's birthday today. Peter D1 chucked a tantrum for some reason. I hope he's okay.

triple the pleasure

21O5O8 - Thi's 16th Birthday.

Ridiculous, just plain ridiculous. You should have seen the traffic yesterday morning! It's was horrible! My mother and I assumed that something happened at Canley Heights because all the cars went to our side of the road. Anyways, It took us about 20 + minutes to get out of there. I apologise to Titan because if it wasn't for us, she wouldn't have went back up and got her mother to drive and they wouldn't be late. Anyways, I just made it for the bus to the Cross Country Zone. Anyways, It was pretty fun at the Cross Country Zone. The 17+ started the race first, so it was in reverse. I was quite scared because I will be running by myself. From our school, only 5 girls were 17+. I managed to continue non-stop for about 3/4 of the way, the rest of the way I started to slow down a bit. I wish I sprinted the last part a bit more. In just a couple of seconds, I could've came 10th, but I came 11th in the end. That's my first pleasure of the day. Oh wells, I guess it's pretty good. I actually beat Wattey but she wasn't even trying so much. She's actually really REALLY good. She didn't try that hard and she still made it as 12th. I think I was second from our school, for the girls, to finish the race. WOOT WOOT! I might be a reserve for Cross Country Area xD! After the race I was praying for Katty and Kelly to be safe and that they tried their hardest and finish the race. YAY FOR THEM! And I've been cheering for people from our school, though not all of them heard my cheer. Oh wells xD! It doesn't matter.The point is that they finished the race. OH YEAH! There was these two boys from Prairiewood High. A guy was carrying his friend on his back and walking to the finish line. What sportsmanship! What friendship! What spirit! I was so amazed by such courtesy! I highly doubt there are such guys in this world anymore, and even if there were, it's quite rare. It's rare to find people that are honestly good, inside and out. So GOOD FOR THEM WOOT WOOT =D! After the race, I was really hungry and I couldn't use the money, for certain circumstances, so I asked Patrick for some food. He was so nice to give me his banana and half his pork roll! And Peter gave me some of his tuna and lollies, and Lisa shared some of her chips with me, and Minhky gave me some chips and Kelly gave me an orange to eat. THANK YOU, YOU GUYS =D! Anyways, afterwards half of us were doing maths homework while the other half were playing card games. Paul rubbed some hot cream down his pants ... and his reaction was PRICELESS!! ROFLMAOS! He said that it stings and it hurts LOL! It sure looked painful. Some of the guys decided to play 13 and that who ever loses have to put the hot cream on their eye. I was SO close in losing to Bach. SO close, I swear! But in the end, I managed to survive. WOOT WOOT for me! Bad luck for Bach xP! It sure looked painful! There there guys, be a man and suck it up! Anyways, when Susan lost, it had created a crowd around us LOL! Anyways, we came 4th! Our school came 4th! YAY! We weren't last! LOL! When Jovin when to get his picture taken, our school fully cheered for him. Minhky screamed out 'What Team?' and half of us answered 'WILDCATS!' LOL! How funny is that?! Anyways, *sigh* Jordan flashed ... AGAIN! T___T! Thank GOD I didn't see anything .. besides a bit of his bum cheek T___T! ARGH! My eyes! Afterwards, Peter and Jordan gave each other weggies LOL! The one Peter did to Jordan sure looked bad! His underwear went all the way up to his waist! Half of us waited for quite a while for the bus so we were late coming back. The bus that we were on was actually the school bus but because of Katty's good conscious, we went off rather than hitching a free ride (well, technically, we did that with the Cross Country Zone bus but that's an exception. Hey, I was late! Cut me some slack!).

Katty and I walked to Canley station and there was a fight going on, the police people were there to solve it. Katty walked me to my dentist and then she left for home. I finally took off my braces, all of it! Although I am wearing retainers for my bottom teeth, and I will be wearing plates for my top teeth, it's still good overall. I'm still trying to get used to not wearing braces. After all, I did wear them for a bout 2 years. That's my second pleasure.

Later that night, Titan called me and told me about her incident with that trash and how much trouble he got into. GO TITAN! But I regret not being there for her when she needed it. I bet he purposely chose yesterday, when Kelly and I were there so he can 'attempt' to pick on her without our interference! He knows the our closeness and that we would do anything for her! That's the third pleasure.

Today was okay. In chemistry, Mrs. Bremet and Mrs. Rogers actually asked Mousawi to help with the chemistry question. Unbelievable! Mousawi definitely have excellent potential in the science department! Jenny was like saying how the situation is like Star Wars, when it looks like Mousawi is our only hope ... to understand the question ROFLS!

Thi received to many gifts from her friends and many people greeted her with a 'happy birthday thi' and/or a hug, including me. Good for her =)! She's finally 16 years of age! That reminds me, we were writing in a birthday card for Lisa L. I guess Annie still haven't given the present to Lisa yet. Oh wells, It's not like she's going anywhere anyways so it's okay I guess LOL!

3OO4O8 - Fianna's 16th Birthday.

Today was Cross Country so we only had lessons for half the day. David handed out the awards for participating in the 'World's Greatest Shave' so now I can use it in my job interviews. I think I'm doing to try out for Maccas with My Linh, if I'm going to be THAT desperate.

Anyways, I'm so happy today. Do you know why? I'll tell you why. I cam 4th in the Cross Country!!! Can you believe that?! I mean it's the best position I've ever been in. Maybe not exactly the best time (20:16) but the best position in high school! But I actually don't know if this is really my best because many people didn't try this year, especially the people that are really good.Three examples are Zhuyu, Wattey and Annie Ha. They were the top 3 last year. Anyways, when I began the race I wasn't thinking of winning or anything, I just kept it steady. I try not to be under pressure by other people running pass me. I think I've developed this calmness from this TVB series I'm watching, which is called 'A Journey called Life,' and the male protagonist does training for the marathon and he talks how you should be calm and keep it at your own pace,etc. HaHaHa! I can't believe I'm actually listening to a drama LOL! Anyways, it did work for me! That's the point isn't it? I wasn't even expecting that I would come 4th. I'm also happy because I've actually jogged for 3/4 of the whole length (approx. 3KM). Anyways, Allan and Eric was walking for their heat so they encouraged me to continue because we were all about to finish. So we all ran to the end together =). In the end, Parkes still came last/fourth. Oh wells. Lennox won the whole thing this year. It was Lennox, Bonham, Horsley then Parkes. Later on, we saw lisa G. coming and I called out to her. A second later, she trips in front of the rest of the school. I felt guilty and Eric accused me of jinxing her. I didn't mean to xO!!! Anyways, she's okay so that's a good thing =). WHAT A SURPRISE! Kelly came 2nd! She was training with Minhky and Danny this holidays! I wish I trained with them. It's actually quite good for me to get 20 something minutes when I haven't even trained for it. I'm so proud of her, as well as surprise! Danny can 1st and Minhky came 2nd. Tracey, which is Kelly's little sister, came 1st for her age. Kelly said she didn't even do anything in the holidays. This proves that she just has natural talent. Good for her =D! Minh said that it runs in the family. I think so too =D! Anyways, Minhky was going deaf from Jenny, Annie and I, but mostly Annie.

AND Bich does really nice braids. She did Annie's hair and it was really nice, except it might have been a bit too loose because it fell out in the end... or maybe Annie was just moving too much? Who knows xD! We sang the birthday song a couple times because there were some people's birthday today, and we sang extra loud to Fianna since she was close to us ROFLS! How embarrassing for her LOL! OH YEAH! Christina gave me 'Coffee Prince' and I'm so eager to watch it except... it's in manderine so I'm kind of having a hard time understanding rofls! Who cares xD!

Temperamental Circumstances

I guess I can say that this week has been quite muddled up. Though, I can't complain because majority of these incidents happened unpredictably. I just wasn't expecting much and it just hit me like a tonne of bricks. Right now, I'm quite annoyed because there is a mosquito in my room and it has just bitten me on the foot somewhere, more than twice I think. Anyways, I should get going with my week.

Sunday Nelson and I both woke up really late for the birthday outing so we just went to the city ourselves to wait for them. At Cabramatta, I saw a man selling these polmerian puppies (how ever you spell it) for a couple of hundred dollars. I felt bad for the daddy of the pups. It looked quite thirsty and a lady told me that someone should give it some water, so I ran down to one of the shops and bought a drink and then ran back up to give it to the owner, then I had to run back down to the station again because Nelson was there. The white puppy was bought, while the black one wasn't. The black one was quite playful and it kept on biting on my fingers, but I let it anyways. Both were males and they were so fluffy!! xD

Anyways, unfortunately Nelson's phone died on him so we went to look for a mobile shop to charge it but we couldn't find the right one. So, we decided to stuff it and go to Kinokuniya, where I bought Katty's birthday present, and then we went to the DVD room and we found the group. I wish Janice HAPPY BIRTHDAY; she turned 16 years of age. They were having a drink up and it was the strangest site I've ever seen. Anyways, Nelson and I went to watch 'GOOD LUCK CHUCK' and I swear, it's the most FUNNIEST love movie there is! I was laughing so loud that Nelson had to cover my mouth up for me ROFLS! Nelson gave me this really cute keyring and a letter and I bought him a fake flower =) LOL! I feel so bad but it was very sweet of him to do that! xD !! We went to eat hot pot afterwards and there were two kinds on our table. One was the seafood and the other was spicy food. Since I was closer to the spicy one I ate some kimchi and some ham and noodles. Everyone was grabbing everything and wanted a piece of something LOL! I saw Nelson's cup and it seemed that he didn't drink out of it at all, so I mentally thought to myself that I wanted to beat him in not drinking water while eating the food. That was a bad idea, a VERY BAD idea. Afterwards, we all went home separately.

Monday Nothing much happened on Monday, besides the fact that I was starting to get slightly sick.

Tuesday For sport, I was the only one that had a hat that was appropriate enough for Mr Perch. LOL! Hence, I am going to receive a merit HAHAHA! It started to rain when we got back from walking. At night, we went out for a family dinner at the City for Chinese New Year and stupidly, I didn't bring a jacket because I thought it was going to be hot. I stand corrected. Hence, I got sick that night. I slept at 10:30 PM, which is quite surprising because I think that was the earliest time I've slept in a very long time.

Wednesday I couldn't go to school today because I was really sick, so I stayed home to rest for quite a while, and did all those typical teenage stuffs.

Thursday I came back to school and received a surprise during roll call. I received a rose from Annie, a rose from Cindy+Cindy+Athena+Fianna, and 1/2 of roses (bouquet) from another friend. I wasn't expecting such a shock so early in the morning. Athena and Cindy invited to eat some food at their table since they seemed to be having a picnic. I received a nicely packaged choc-chip cookie. I was going to eat it at lunch but I had my sandwich, so I decided to eat it afterwards, or later, but then the bell went and I totally forgot about it still being outside my bag, that I left it in the quad someone. My poor, poor cookie! T__T My friend gave me a Hello Kitty plushie as a gift. In the afternoon I saw quite a LOT of my friends, which I hardly see, around Cabramatta. Luckily, I had my camera with em so I took pictures with them. Linh received a valentine gift from Jack as well. Kenny was so nice that he gave Linh and I heart candies, and they were YUMMY!

Nelson came by and gave me 3 roses and 2 teddy bears stuck together with a heart in the middle. It was so cute! We went to the library to bum around. Nguyensa was bumming around with us until he had to go afterwards. Nelson kept on teasing Linh, so she chucked stuff at him. I helped her chuck stuff at him too! =DD. I went to Linh's house afterwards. We went to Smithfield's Club to eat stake. I was cutting this burnt part, and I was using so much effort that a part of it went flying LOL! And their relatives were laughing at me. That's okay because it WAS funny LOL! Then I accidentally used my fork as a knife and my knife as a fork ROFLS! I went home afterwards.

Friday We were supposed to have a maths test today but it was cancel due to the SRC assembly. CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL OF THOSE WHO MADE IT AS SRC! I couldn't talk for the whole day because I was having inflammation, my throat was burning! It hurts just to swallow. It was so hard that day because people didn't know what I was trying to say and I can't really play sher-rads with them since I suck at it. I told Kelly to tell Jimmy that I won't be going that day because my throat was getting worse, and I don't think I had the energy to study that day. I accompanied Thi to Gloria Jeans and we commented on the cute guy that was working there LOL! That was when I decided to start talking again because it was frustrating me by then. We saw Lisa and the Hurlstonians and I told them about the cute guy, so they went there before they went to eat. Thi went to tutor and I saw Kenneth. I accidentally called him Harrison, so I apologise! I'm SORRY!!

I pulled Anthony to my house first to put my things down, then I tried to call mum but for some reason she didn't pick up no matter how many times I called her. I wanted to tell her that I was going to Linh's house. I pulled Anthony to Linh's house and they weren't home, so I used Anthony's phone and called her. It was an interesting afternoon. My-Linh and I kept on pushing them into awkward moments LOL! But in the end, they didn't need our help so it didn't really mattered. Though, It was still quite funny! We were in the middle of watching 'Take the Lead' when we went to Linh's sister's house to eat dinner. Anthony left to the bus stop. The dinner was DELICIOUS! And My-Linh made me laugh so much that I stopped making sounds while laughing ROFLMAOS! We were all wondering what would happen if Anthony was still waiting at the bus stop. That would've been hilarious! I went home afterwards and talked on the net. Anthony told me how LONG he had to wait for the bus because it came late, and that he was hungry because the fridge had no food. ROFLMAOS! I was saying how 'delicious the food' was and blah blah blah LOL! The night was nice.

PS: Jimmy just misunderstood me of truanting his class when my mum arrived at the tutor place. I just hope I can explain to him about it because he decides to stop tutoring me!

Saturday Linh came over to my house and taught me how to knit. I took a shower and my mum came back in time to take us to the station. I saw Cathy Nguyen and her friends and we hugged each other =). She thought I've forgotten about her. As if! We took the train to Stratfield and we almost missed it because Linh said it was the next time when, the fact is, we were already there. Anthony was just outside the trainstation. We saw him perform, and the whole performance was really cool! It was just sad how they were wasting those yummy lollies as preps. We went to the petting zoo and we fed the animals. I left walking and sitting around, while Anthony and Linh had some time to themselves. I saw Minsu just outside his tutor. He was going to tutor for English after Chemistry. We talked for a little while. After a while, when Anthony and Linh found me again, Anthony bought these balls with octopus tentacles inside, which I really didn't like. Linh thought I liked them because I told her about them. In the end, Anthony had to eat it all himself. We saw Minsu again and he was on the phone with Nelson. I talked with Nelson for a little while then we went off.

I went sitting down on the ground because no one was moving, so Anthony tried to lift me up. HE HURT ME! T__T! oh wells. MWAHAHA! I told him I wanted a piggy back squared, which means, I wanted him to carry Linh, to carry me. Of course it didn't work out well so Anthony was left carrying Linh on his back. We went to watch a horror movie and Anthony and Linh was having a nice moment ;) if you know what I mean. ROFLMAOS! I wasn't watching the movie much and thank God there were pillows there LOL! So I covered my face with the pillow. I almost fell asleep, if the sounds weren't so loud. We went home afterwards. I moved to a different carriage on the train, and left Anthony with Linh. ZOMG they held hands when we got off at our stop ^__^!! I saw Anna G there and had a little chat with her. Then I decided to walk home, while Anthony and Linh took the bus home. But Linh went walking with me. How nice of her! Shame on Anthony. A guy taking the bus, while US GIRLS were half walking, half jogging home. tsk tsk tsk. We were supposed to go to a dinner party for Linh's sister and brother-in-law, but we were too late and too dark already so we stayed at Linh's house. Linh taught me the Soulja Boy Dance ROFLMAOS! It's a cool dance! I went home afterwards. I hope Linh can sleep tonight. Hope she has sweet dreams!

Yeah, that was how my week went and tomorrow I'll be working on my short story for English and studying for the Maths test on Monday. Wish me good luckies! xDD

wetter than a whale

Today Linh, My-Linh, Thanh, Jack, Anthony, and I went ice skating at Canterbury. It was pretty fun and tiring at the same time. This would be the 2nd time that i went ice skating.

Linh, My-Linh, Thanh and I caught the bus to Cabramatta Station and I saw my uncle at the bus stop as well. He was nice enough to give me $20 to spend for the day. All I can say is that he likes to give money, or show off? That's how the family rumor goes ... don't ask me anything! I didn't say a thing! xO! But I was thankful because it means I have more money to go to the city this coming Tuesday. We met Jack and Anthony at the train station and caught the next bus to Canterbury. I managed to take Anthony's Tafe Library card but he slyly attempted to take it back which, of course, was fruitless. Although, it did give me a fright. I thought he was perverting or something! So I believe he is secretly 'perverted' but he kept denying it xP.

We made it to the ice rink by walking the 'supposed' short cut led by Thanh and My-Linh. It was quite cold inside so I asked Anthony if I can use his jacket since he was the only person who was wearing his jacket at the time. He was nice enough to lend it to me. Since it was my second time ice skating, of course I wasn't as good as the others so it took a while before I could properly skate without falling. Unfortunately, my friends took this chance to see me stack it and embarrass myself, so I rightfully took the first stack of the day via Linh. GRRR! Slowly, one by one they tried to make me fall and most of the time they succeed, sadly enough. Even so, I wasn't the only one falling on the ice. Thanh, My-Linh, Anthony, I think and Jack all had their fair share of stacking. Linh, the infamous cheetah on ice, was the only one who didn't stack it, although there were a couple of times where she might have. Anthony's stack was the most hilarious stack of all! He was quite haughty since he managed to make most of us fall, so when HE fell, well all laughed at him as well as other people that were around us LOL! He also got skidded with ice by some more better skaters. My-Linh suggested to skid or trip them from behind but I guess it didn't really work out that well.

Linh taught me how to skate backwards and I know I shouldn't learn to skate backwards when I can't even stable myself while skating forwards but I determined to learn the basics of it. Jack 'said' he would teach me but in the end he didn't, how upsetting xO! Most of the time I was hanging onto Anthony for aid since he IS a personal trainer in training LOL! AND he was quite good at skating, so he helped me not to fall. I fell so much that the whole back part of my jeans were wet (and I mean REALLY wet), but luckily I was wearing Anthony's jacket because it seemed to be 'water-proof' because my top didn't get wet (or maybe I just didn't fully fall on my back). Half the time my friends were either pushing me to fall or stopping me from falling, so I really don't know if they are trying to help me or hurt me. To help or not to help, that is the question.

We played stuck in the mud and was about to try tips but the rink was getting too crowded and we wouldn't know who was it. My friends cut me some slack since I AM an amateur at ice skating. But it was still fun. I tried to help tip people too. Linh is too good! she managed to tip all of us but it's because she managed to corner Anthony (they literally ran into each other and bumped each other into the wall and I saw the whole thing LOL! It looked quite painful >O<), so when we tried to save him, we all got caught as well. My-Linh was hard to save because every time the others tip her, Linh would be right next to her to tip her again. I screamed out to My-Linh to get ready to run, but it didn't work. Oh wells xD!

There was this adorable little girl, called Emily, who was going ice skating for the first time. She was just ADORABLE! She was half Thai and half Viet. I offered the father that we would look after her and skate with her while he goes play. Most of the time it was Linh and I that was holding her hand and helping her but Thanh and My-Linh did help too. Jack and Anthony were skating around us at times, but I wasn't too sure why though LOL! We took a picture with her ! She's just so cute and small and a fast learner too! We had to go in the end. Jack, Linh and I waited and practised dancing for Anthony, My-Linh and Thanh while they went to get some lollies and drinks.

Bankstown was where we ate. What can I say about it? stood around, talked about things and discussed where to eat. The food was pretty nice, the ice coffee was a bit too strong and Anthony ordered last again, and got his food last again as well. Jack sure eats fast, and My-Linh was already quite full on lollies. I shoved some prawns and seafood onto his plate since Thanh didn't want to eat it anymore. It was such a waste to seem them get wasted away. He only at one of the seafood, which i believe is fish... I think? He fed me a prawn, and I was trying to scoop up the second prawn when Anthony used his chopsticks to intervene me so we had a fight, in the end he won but he was clumsy so he dropped the prawn on the floor. WHAT A WASTE OF FOOD! T______T Especially with PRAWNS!!!

We left the place and went home. Thanh went home first at Chester Hill since she lives near there. The rest of us stopped at Cabramatta. Jack had to take the train home to Paramatta and Anthony took the bus home. I had to return his jacket and card to him. Oh wells. Linh, My-Linh and I walked all the way home and we saw this dog! It was so cute! The mother and son was walking it. Linh told me to go because she said the mother didn't seem like she wanted to stay. I felt kind of bad at that time.

We got to their house and I just bummed around Linh's room and we just talked until 9:00 PM. I went home by my mum and she told me she got hit by a bat by accident when playing table tennis today. She went to hospitable and she told my aunt not to call me *sigh* oh mother =/. Luckily she's okay now, It's just that her nose still kind of hurt. There's nothing much that we can do about but just wait till it heals because she said it was the bone that hurts, not the muscle, or flesh. Thank God she's okay now.

Friday 11th January, 2OO8 = Redo of our Year 1O Picnic at Bondi Beach.

All I can say yesterday was that it was a tiring day, even just waiting for other people. Everyone was there approx. at 8:3O AM but there were some people we still had to wait for, like David Chiv for one and he was the main organizer of the event. He had to sneak out of his house, in broad daylight O_o. Unlike Anna, I managed to persuade Jenny (Peter's girlfriend) to come... so SUCKED IN ANNA! xDD !! Jenny loves me more!! HAHAHA!! Anyways, Peter and Kit had an ear piercing, but Kit had a nose piercing as well, like whoa! We saw Rowena (who was going to work at Maccas), Lydia (going to the city with friends), William (going city with friends) and Lavender (going somewhere with friends). Unfortunately, the majority of the girls decided not to go so it was only Cindy, Kelly, Tracey, Anna, Jenny and I and the rest were boys, which was most likely more than 15. I can't believe I was so stupid because I bought the ticket before 9:OO AM so it was $5.60! Oh wells! Finally, at 10:30 AM we left for Bondi Junction. It took us 2 hours before we could even start going! We stopped at Townhall, and caught another train to Bondi Junction. David brought the plushie speakers I got for him for Secret Santa.I was happy that he liked it and that he even brought it to the beach!

At Bondi Junction train/bus station, some people had to stay back with me because I forgot to get the bus pass because the bus was a prepay bus. So half of the group left without us. Then on the 2nd bus the rest of us got on except for Jordan and Jacky. They said Jordan couldn't use his ticket any more because he already used it on the first bus but he went off to stay with us. At the time we didn't know Jacky was with him so we thought Jordan was by himself but they got to the beach just fine =).

We got to the beach and slip slop slapped our sunscreen on! I took of my glasses off because I didn't want to lose them. We hit the water and it was freaken cold at first but it was comforting in the end, although the saltiness of the water was quite annoying. We went back to our spot and I heard some people saw people tanning half naked and that it wasn't a good site to see. Thank God I wasn't wearing my glasses but they depicted to me anyways, eugh! Danny, Cindy, Minhky and Joes helped make me a mermaid tail! We then helped Danny dig a hole and buried him in the hole, up to his neck!

Unfortunately, Cindy had to go home early because her dad didn't know she was going to the beach and she had to buy something for her mum. Minhky escorted her to the bus stop. I was about to go back to our spot but then I saw Danny and I asked him what he was doing and he said he was going to follow them and asked me if I wanted to do that too. Of course I did, although I didn't have my thongs nor my glasses. Danny was nice enough to give me his thongs after I was complaining about it. Joes came along after a while. In the end, Minhky found out, and I think Cindy did too because Danny said they were trying to hide behind the pole or something. And Minhky, that idiot! He didn't do anything cute! But I don't blame him, we were there afterall.

Peter and Jenny, on the other hand, wasn't afraid to show their affection towards each other. Afterall, they were going out for 6 months and a few days already. Anna, Jenny and I had a rest and talked about their relationships. Anna and Dat has been going out for a year already! So CONGRATS to them! Of course, I had nothing to say so I just listened and commented here and there. Kelly and Tracey wanted to change so Anna, Jenny and I showed them the way. Sadly enough, we didn't bring our thongs so it was BURNING!! Luckily for Anna and Jenny, Eric and Kelvin was coming back from buying food so Eric allowed Anna to borrow his thongs. Surprisingly, Eric is a really nice person! Usually, I see him teasing and being all evil like but he's actually a pretty nice guy, as well as a healthy guy =D !! We buried Jenny in the sand (Anna's idea) up to her neck, and got a towel to cover her face. We waited until Peter came back, which was quite a long time, and when he came, we told him Jenny went off and Peter got all scared and freaked out and he acted like a crazy maniac, jumping up and down and calling for Jenny, and then he realised the lump of sand and tried to pull the towel off but we said not to disturb Joes, but Joes was just standing next to us LOL! So he found out it was Jenny. He said he was scared that Jenny will go with the surfer boys, dot dot dot LOL!! *coughJEALOUScough* But then he said he was joking *coughLIARcough* LOL! Maybe not with surfer boys, but I bet he was scared he lost her xD!

Christian shoved sand down my shirt. David was about to too but he couldn't find a gap, and same with Chris. So I chased Christian and shoved sand down HIS shirt =) so we are even! Jenny, Anna and I had a sand fight, and it was kind painful ^_^ ! I kept on falling in the water and getting pushed down by the waves. Peter had to help pick me up from the ground or else I could've gotten pushed down into the water again! Some of the guys were checking out girls and there was this one girl, in red, that did look pretty hot but she had a boyfriend with her. Oh wells, tough luck guys! The rest of the day was just resting and fun.

I'M SORRY KELLY! I accidentally lost her sunglasses in the waves, and she was so considerate in letting me use them. Why was I so stupid as to wear them in the water! D'oh! So now I owe Kelly a pair of sunglasses; it was a gift! I feel so bad! But she didn't get pissed off from that, she got pissed off at the other guys because they got her 2 noodles and she, Mitchell, Danny, Minh and Danny went looking for them and they were at the TOP of the beach, not at the BOTTOM near the water. They looked like little kids from far away.

At about 4:30 PM half of the group decided to leave, while the rest wanted to stay. I was one of the people who wanted to go. We went up and bought some food to eat. I mostly ate icecream and Eric was nice enough to let me have a scoop of his mango icecream! I had boisenberry and chocolate. Peter 'supposedly' lost his wallet but found them in the end, so good for him =)! The others decided to leave, so we waited for the other half to come up. Minh took this chance to take really random photos of himself LOL! Very weird indeed! I almost miss the bus because I forgot to buy the ticket for the bus but luckily, Christian and Jacky waited for me! So I thank them! THANK YOU! We got back to the bus/train station and got on the train. I took some more pictures on the bus and I managed to get Jenny and Peter to kiss so I can take a picture of them! It was so cute and sweet! HAHAHA! Peter was asking if they had to do it and Anna said that they wanted to do it anyways LOL!! That Anna! She can be so funny sometimes xD!! We didn't get to have our group photo because everyone left in their separate ways. Oh wells! It was still a fun day! Hopefully, I won't get skin cancer xD.
