Simplicity at its finest is NOT what i would depict how my life was, nor would i suggest the continuation of my naivety however, as my life escalates into complexity, i hope to keep my optimistic hindsight on life in order to live. Just live. My personal ordeal is to live with no regrets, as though i will die tomorrow. I follow the path that will lead me to who I want to be: someone who people can confide in, to go to when they are in their deepest hour; that's who I want to be. That is my aim in life. Hobbies and interests make my path more flamboyant and enticing, while my family, pet, and friends are the reasons for my existence; the reasons why i try and improve myself. My lack of self motivation for change may be quite obvious, but it doesn't mean that improvement did not occur. It may be so petite, so small, that it's practically invisible, but i guarantee you, i do try. Indefinitely.

it's over

It's finally over. I'm letting you go. I'm glad that we're still friends, close friends. I should've saw it coming since this isn't the first time that happened. You're a brave little girl Fiona. Be strong. You're a good girl aren't you? Good karma will come back to you. Keeps your hopes high, keep that smile shining. Been there, done that. Just keep going. Too many other matters in life to care about now. Just be happy and grateful. You're heart's finally at peace; it's not aching with pain anymore. Just smile.

Hip Hip Hooray!

23O3O8 - Julie C.'s 16th Birthday.
26O3O8 - Kim.Chizue's 16th Birthday.
31O3O8 - Annie's 17th Birthday.

Today, we had a surprise party for Annie xD! Katty wanted it to buy us time to make the party better but what we didn't see coming was that Annie would volunteer to help a teacher carry text books to another class, so majority of the lunch period was gone. *sigh* There were many false alarms when other people came into the room just when we were about surprise the 'supposed' Annie. Annie was led here and there by Katty's special cranes. Athena was so NICE! She made a cake just for Annie! Katty also made some home-made chocolate which looked delectable xP. I bet Annie had some troubles in carrying the presents home because there was a LOT! That's okay though because Danny would be there to help her to carry it all the way to Danny's house since they were going to spend the rest of the afternoon there. *nudge nudge**wink wink* LOL! Annie was close to tears due to our ... kindness? surprise? LOL! That girl, she really is one in a million =). Hopefully, Maylina will be able to give Julie her present tomorrow. It's been a couple of weeks already. It's kind of sad to see that we were holding this huge party for Annie but not for Julie xOO! It was kind of sudden though so I guess not that much harm done? I hope. Cindy H., Cindy V., and Fianna were nice too because they bought a Hello Kitty cake for Annie. Stupidly, I cut the cake into many smaller pieces when the bell was just about to go. So, the rest of the cake would be for her family. Both cake tasted real nice =)! All thanks to Katty, Athena, and CCF (Cindy,Cindy and Fianna). *shush* But I still have to start and finish off Annie's memo scrap book! xP! You can't blame me! I have too many assignments to finish off and it's almost the end of the term already! I'm practically dreading it nows. On the contrary, I used to want the holidays to come as soon as possible. *sigh*

city weekends

For the previous long weekend I've been spending 3 out of 4 days at the city. On Friday, I had tutor so I wouldn't have went out anyways. However, the next few days I've been spending most of my time at the city rather than doing my work ^____^'.

On Sunday, I went out with Joanne to celebrate her birthday. We went to Galaxy World in Market City and we actually won a plushie from the skill tester. My FIRST ever toy I've ever won from a skill tester, thanks to Joanne's help. This shows how much I SUCK at that game. I named the teddy bear CHUCHU. It's suppose to symbolise Joanne since her last name is Chu. We watched a movie called 'L for love, L for lies' where Alex Fong starred as the main male actor in the movie. At first the movie was funny, but in the end it became sad and frustrating. I hated the ending because it sucked! I felt like strangling the director of the movie at that time! Even thinking about it now makes me want to strangle the director. Then we went walking around China Town, then to Kinokuniya. We went to maccas, to get some food, then we went home.

ChuChu

On Saturday, Thi and I were suppose to go city together, and then to the Tennis Tournament to hand out the awards while representing the school, but something happened. I came late for like 1/2 an hour, or something like that, then I waited for Thi for an hour. I tried to contact her mobile but it didn't work, so I had to contact her dad. FINALLY I could contact her and she was at Peter's party. The plan just ... disappeared and we don't know what to do anymore so I told Thi that I won't go anymore and that she will have to go without me. She was pissed. At me. I was pissed. At myself and not being able to shop. I don't blame her. It IS my fault that I came late. I just realised I still have to apologise to Thi. SORRY THI! Hence, I went to the city all by myself, for the first time, because my friends that MIGHT be able to go were all busy. I shopped for clothes for just over $100. It felt good. Then when I waited for the bus, I got annoyed again. I remembered how Jeffrey called me earlier that he'd call me an hour later to see if I was at the city but he never did. I tried to contact him but HE didn't turn on his phone. DAMN HIM =_=!

On Monday, I saw the boys in my grade (some were in year 10), as well as Kelly #2, all going to the city to play laser tag. We caught the same train together, bu
t not the same carriage. I went to Capitols to see Jessica and we took caps together. She's such a pretty little girl (excluding the fact that she was wearing high heels and was taller than me at that moment *coughcough*) and we had LOTS of fun together =). We went to Phoenix, for an hour, and we had fun taking photos and singing together. Market City was our next destination, where we ate our food. We walked around China town, then to Darling harbor we went. That is, until we stopped at the Chinese Gardens to so some sight seeing and dressing up. LOL! We dressed up as 'princesses.' She was blue while I was pink. LOL! It was REALLY good because people would give us way and strangers would take pictures with us. SERIOUSLY! LOL! We felt like we were receiving the 'royal treatment' ROFLS! My 'fake' hair almost got tugged off by a branch LOL! And you don't know how MANY times we've tripped in the clothes, not to mention that we were boiling in them as well! I touched the huge goldfish! They felt so slim and smooth! It was so cool! I thought they were going to bite me, but they don't have teeth so I knew I was fine. After we had enough, we went to sand pit at Darling Harbor and chatted for a bit. We went to maccas for some food and then back to Capitols to look at the skill testers. Finally, we went to the shop called Karebears, and went our separate ways. She lent me this movie called 'My Sassy Girl.' Unfortunately, I couldn't watch it on my computer T_T! What a shame. But overall, it was a fun day =). Actually my whole weekend was FUN! xP

WGS !!

2OO3O8 - Joanne's 17th Birthday
2OO3O8 - World's Greatest Shave

It was crazy. CRAZY I tell you! The whole day was busy for people who participated in the WGS. In the morning the boys went into the girls' toilets to colour the people's hair, which are the people who participated in the event. My hair was red, hot pink and blue.

At recess, we gave Danny Ku's his belated present. It contained : rabbit + chocolates, t-shirt with words written on it, purple and black plaid hoodie jacket, bueno's chocolates, a book : the joys of ENGRiSH, and a black beanie. Some of these have meanings behind it. Black beanie : for his bald head and wool relates to sheep, which relates to him. T-shirt: the words relate to him. The front says : I AM SUPER KIWI! and the back says: KISS MY ASS. Book: he likes weird things. Annie and I put a LOT of effort into these presents. More on the physical side than the mental side though, but still! Danny better appreciate it! LOL!

Danny.

Danny and his presents.

Katty and Danny.

Annie, Bich and I managed to get our English presentation over and done with. All I have to focus on is the Chemistry assignment, Maths assignment and another English assignment. *sigh*

Me and Annie.

At lunch, we all went to the hall for the WGS event. there were some people outside that's colouring people's heads, while majority of us were inside the hall, watching people shave their heads. Of course, all the participants were males. They were : Daivd, Darren, Jovin, Patrick, Mr. Sannanikone, Mr. Ward, Mitchell, Nathan, Ample and Danny. Thanks to Kelly 2.'s dad to help shave the people's hair. Mr. Donohue and Mr. Ward helped shave the people's hair as well. Unfortunately for the Mitchell, who couldn't manage to wash off ALL the dye in his hair, was in pain for majority of this shaving period. All of us were sad and scared for Mitchell. The dye stuck his hair together, so when Mr. Ward shaved his hair off, it pulled other hair out as well, when it's not suppose to. It's suppose to be shaving, not plucking - if you know what I mean. So Mitchell went to Kelly's dad to shave it off instead and that was MUCH more comforting than the other one. Darren was also upset about his bald hair. Not because he was in pain, but because he missed his hair.

The boys that shaved.

Mitchell Bald - he suffered a LOT of pain for this event.

We had music along with the shaving. I advised David to put some happy music in, or rock songs, so it wouldn't be as grim? Of course, it didn't turn out grim at all! Everyone was cheering the people on. I'm VERY PROUD of them! I'm sure they've made the whole school proud of them too! *ROUND OF APPLAUSE* David spend almost $200 on the cans, and majority of them are still full. Some of them were taken by same of the participants. For example, me =) LOL! Anyways, THANK YOU to the WGS and their hard work!

The WGS group.

THANK YOU to THI AND DAVID for their hard work.

David.

Thi (with Cindy in the background).

We painted a smiley face on Mr. Donohue's head without him noticing LOL! Thomas and I coloured Minh's eyebrows LOL! Thomas was blue and I was red. The red part looked better, which was my part. The blue one was dripping. Of course, we wouldn't do it unless we had the permission of the individual : Minh. So he can't blame us for anything LOL!

Minhky and Kim - he attempted to wash it off with Kim's help. xP

I waited for an hour for Anthony so I could spray his hair for donation. *sigh* Then he walked me home, then to Linh's house. He had Tae Kwon Do pratice so he couldn't stay long. Overall, the day was FUN! YAY! Long Easter weekends!

My work of art on Anthony's hair.

PS. HAPPY EASTER EVERYONE!! xD
PSS. HAPPY BIRTHDAY JOANNE!! xD

hairsprays quandary

Today I met up with Julie and her friends. It was Wong's (Jessica) birthday today. So, HAPPY BIRTHDAY WONG! Unfortunately, I was one of the people who arrived late so I apologise for that. SORRY! Anyways, We went to Galaxy World on George St. and 3 people from the group won a plushie from the skill testers. They were all pink and blue stitches. How good were they?! I wish I could win one *sigh*. Then we went to Darling Harbor to play laser tag. It was the first time for me to play that. It was pretty fun and tiring. I came 12th for the game. When everyone came out, we were all swearing. Surprisingly, Julie's fringe didn't get oily or wet, meaning her forehead wasn't sweating. I thought it would since everyone was sweating from head to toe. When I query Julie about it, she just said that she doesn't sweat a lot, but later she started to swear due to the change of temperature in the air. She thought inside the area was cold, when I thought it was hot. Maybe that's why she wasn't sweating when she came out. LOL!

Anyways, we separated from the group and went to Market City. We attempted to find Chiv's 'supposed' shop that puts letter on hats (I don't know what the actual technique is called, I forgot ^_^') but we couldn't. We had to walk all the way to World Square to Priceline to get the hairsprays. It took us a while to calculate the things and getting enough hairsprays. Julie was feeling pissed off because she said she was going to be in trouble. Who can blame her when she's about to have dinner with her boyfriend's family? So, GOOD LUCKIES to Julie. I'm sure she'll do fine =). We half ran, half jogged, all the way to Townhall station to catch the train. We went our separate ways, her going to Andrew's house, and me going back home. I thought I took the wrong train when it didn't go straight to Central for the next stop, but it was all okay. When I was about to go home, I saw Annie and her mum shopping around Cabramatta =). We chatted for a while before we went our separate ways. I swear today's weather is really HOT today *fans self*.

PS. Fascinatingly, all of Julie's girl friends, including herself, starts with the letter J (the ones I saw today anyways).

falling up

I question myself, can people from two different worlds really fall in love? After all, their perspectives on issues are different due to various influences. People say, try harder and pull through together; others say to let it go and if the feelings are real, you'll end up together in the end. The rest? They would say: "forget it, it's not worth the pain, you can find someone much better." Are they really right? It's as controversial as having relationships with an immense distance between them (long-distance relationships), and I'm not saying to be in different suburbs or regions, but in another state, country, world. I never had a long-distance relationship, nor do I lust for one. At the moment, at least. My head's already filled with clouded thoughts and anger. Is it really true that females tend to make the relationships more complicated than it already is? Or are females just too curious with everything. I don't think it's just females that are curious. Every living thing on earth is made of curiosity. We can't help but fill our curiosity with knowledge and wisdom. When people say they are falling in love, do they mean they want someone to fall with them? Or to break their fall - or maybe to just stop them from falling any deeper. It's always down when they are falling. It's never falling up. Of course, technically speaking, it's impossible. But when is love ever technical, ever logical? So I would say I am falling up. I'm reaching for something, or someone, that in my illusions, are there. Yes, females ARE intriguing, complicated creatures, but I think that's what makes males love us so much. On the other hand, I believe it's the male's simplicity and open affections that females fall so hard for. Is it really hard for the male's brain to compute the insecurity the female feels when their guys are 'bonding' with other girls, especially when their friendship is still raw and fresh. Do they not understand how much each touch, each look, each breath shared is cherished in one's heart? Each memory can either bring the worse or best in a person. A person's heart is very fragile and delicate, so treat it with care. At the same time, the heart can be strong but only when it knows it's worth it. So please, reassure me that it's worth it.

lessons

Today's dancing lessons were quite fun. Marina saw a work mate at the dance lesson, which was Jazz of absolute beginners. To tell you the truth, I don't think it's completely beginners. We learnt the dance steps for Janet Jackson's song, Feedback. It was an interesting lesson because the instructor, that we had this time, was much nice, friendlier, better, and FUNNIER than the one we had a fortnight ago. Anyways, I need to apologise to Danny Cao for my vulgar behaviour. It was quite rude of me to tell him off and hang up on him for the sake of working on the English Assessment. So, I'll say it here : I'M SORRY DANNY! I hope Annie can forget me for telling her boyfriend off. Anyways that's about how my day went. Currently, I am working on the English Assessment, part of it anyways LOL! Wish me good luckies! xD

HB MY LINH!

1OO3O8 - My Linh's 15th Birthday

Today I was woken by the sound of my mum's voice. She 'lied' that it was already 12:30 PM when it wasn't even 12 yet! I was brushing my teeth when Kelly gave me a call, questioning my locations and what I was up to. I feel bad because she said Annie was waiting quite a while. I remembered that on the previous night, I told Annie to go earlier to the library. Unfortunately, my mobile was low on batteries so I didn't have an alarm clock with me, and it was too late at night to tell my mum to wake my mum up and tell her to wake ME up in the morning. The aftermaths was my tardiness, so SORRY ANNIE! Bich was much later than me but she had an alibi. She was at tutor and her brother was nice enough to print out our artwork on A3 paper. At 2:00 PM, Annie had to leave to Danny's house so Bich and I worked hard on the presentation. We got reprimanded by the librarians. I thought they were mean. Though, I can't complain because we were using their equipment to finish of our presentation. We almost finished our presentation. It's just bits and pieces that were left. It was 4:00 PM when we finished. It was also the time when the library closes. Tomorrow, we are going to the library again to finish off our work. OH! We went to the news agency to buy more cardboard, and Morning Glory to buy My Linh a birthday present. It was a turtle, with a big head, keyring =) I bought it for her because I remembered that she wanted to get one. Bich used some of Annie's money to buy 2 glitter pens.

I went to My Linh's house afterwards for the birthday party. It was a BBQ and the food was nice and yummy!! xDD The older children (Jessica, Thanh, Linh, Raymond, John, Vivian, and I) had to sit without a table because the table was used for My Linh and her friends. That's fine by us. My Linh received very strange and unique presents from her friends. xD Very interesting, very interesting indeed. ROFLMAOS! There was a PINYATA! ZOMG! That was so cool! I get to whack it once! Lollies were coming out of it's ass ROFLS! The sharkfin soup was really delicious! xD There was an unfortunate thing that happened to me at her party. Linh pushed back the piano stool when I was looking at the cake, so when I tried to sit back down I fell to the ground. Linh walked back in, then back out again like nothing had happened =.= Stupid Raymond and John was laughing their asses off! Especially Raymond! But they were nice enough to help me up. The cake was a picture of bluebear and 2 of it's penguin friends. xD It looked really cute. Oh! I forgot to mention that Thanh had to leave earlier to go to another friend's birthday party. Anyways, Raymond, John and I watched some movies together and we saw Scream 2 and the first scene was of a masked guy so I screamed. Now I know why it's called scream . . . We only watched bits and pieces of the movies because we couldn't be bothered to watch the whole thing. We also watched a bit of True Lies and Stick it. I thought Stick it was quite interesting but the guys didn't. I thought so. Guys and girls tastes in movie are quite different after all. Vivian left home already, so Linh, Jessica, Raymond, John and I were in Linh's room just chatting away. Linh and Jessica were practicing dancing to 'Icebox.' Jessica was so cold that she borrowed John's jeans. Luckily, he ha boxers underneath. Jessica also borrowed Raymond's jacket to go with the dance. Unfortunately, Tammy kept on interrupting us. That little girl is DEFINITELY aggressive, annoying, and an attention-seeker. LOL! no offense, but it's true. She is cute and all, but seriously a pain in the ass. Jessica gave me a kiss on the check when i was napping LOL! Then she blamed it on Raymond ROFLS! Oh wells, I had to go home afterwards. That's about it =)!

PS. Jessica is very, very good at handling babies and little kids. xD Very impressive.

peaceful anger

The tranquility in my heart remains at peace due to Katty's spectacular piano piece. There is no perfection, but it calms me down enough to make it close to it. So I thank Katty for playing the piano to me. I feel even more special when I was the first to see her perform. I attempt to record it but it didn't go so well. Still, it was good enough =). I was angry in the first place because of Miss X. (she is mentioned in earlier blogs). Her actions implies that she wants to start something with me over such a trivial matter. I do not want to think about it because just thinking about it angers me. Anyways, so far, being an 11th grader and all, life seems pretty busy. And when I say busy, i mean extremely super duper very MUCH busy. Oh wells, it IS year 11 after all. For the coming weeks, I have assessments due in every week. *sigh* I'm getting tired easily and is easily stressing when it isn't necessary. What can I say, I stress; a worrier. Hopefully, I can survive to the end of the term.

PS. Easter is coming soon! YAY! Long weekend ! xDD

Tuesday 4 March 2008

filled to the top

On Saturday, we went to Pyrmont Park for Amy's 18th birthday party. I saw Maylina, and her family, and Athena at Cabramatta Station. Maylina and her family was going to Bondi to visit relatives and Athena was going to watch 'Meet the Spartans' with her boyfriend, Alex.I would like to say SORRY AMY for making Nelson and I late for her party. I helped with the BBQ and I accidentally poured a 'bit' too much oil into the pan ROFLS! Oh wells. It still tasted nice. Unfortunately, we ran out of bread so we had to eat it plain but it was okay. It was really nice. Amy's cake was a picture of Jaejoong (Hero) from DBSK. LOL! The guys wanted to stab his face, and everywhere else of him but Amy stopped them. We only ate half the cake because the other half was for her family. The cake was really nice. The inside was cream and raspberry (I think?) and the outside was chocolate. It was a rectangle cake.

Amy, the birthday girl, and her boyfriend, Eugene.

Jaejoong Birthday Cake.

I met Hannah and we got along pretty well. Afterwards, we wanted for the bus. When the bus came, it drove straight past us! F@#$*%&! How could he! How rude! Racist maybe? So we waited for another half an hour for the next bus. We went to Korean K afterwards. We went walking around, and down George Street to find some food but it got too crowded so Nelson and I headed back to the station. The others went to the Mardi Gras Parade xD.We grabbed a sausage roll, cringles, ice tea - grapes, and fanta. Saw William with his mum and sister about to go home too.

On Sunday, I was late to the library because I woke up late. Annie, Danny and Bich were already there. We worked on our English Assessment Task. During that time, Annie, Danny and I had a misunderstanding about my camera, a phone, and re
cording them. So Bich and I went out for a walk to look for my mum. I was a bit upset because they didn't believe me when I was ACTUALLY telling the truth. But after some reasoning and logical explanations by Bich, I felt much better. We walked around Cabramatta, like we were tourists or something LOL! I took some photos. Eventually, we went to Cabravale Diggers to look for my mum and she was there. I saw an Auntie too and created her. After I received some money from my mum, we headed back to the library while discussing about mirrors as part of our project. When we got back, Annie apologised and all is forgiven =).

Annie and Danny at Cabramatta LIbrary.

We went to Pho 54 to eat and we had 6 bowls of pho between us all. Annie and Danny had one each and shared half a bowl. Bich and I shared 2 bowls between us. We were SO full afterwards. We also had some coconut juice too.
Bich and I's pho bowls.

We went our separate ways home. Unfortunately, Bich had to wait for one and a half hours for her sister to pick her up because she didn't have any coins, or a mobile phone. I taught her how to use 1800 REVERSE but she stuffed the process up. Poor girl. Unfortunately, I couldn't wait with her because my mum came, and unfortunately, my mum didn't have any money on her. I went to Linh's house afterwards and we watched Mission Impossible III. Linh's mum taught me how to knit, and I had to start my knitting again because I was unintentionally adding more wool to my scarf length when I wasn't suppose to. I decided to knit the scarf for my mum instead. I only had black, red, and purple and black seems to go nicest with clothes. Though, many thought something was wrong with conveying my 'love' through a black scarf. Oh wells. I can't be bothered to start ALL over AGAIN xP! I hope my mum likes it.

PS. Linh's driving is pretty good for an 'L' license, although she's a bit edgy with her turns.
PSS. On Saturday, we were also partially celebrating Caroline's 17
th birthday =).

Caroline, birthday girl, and her boyfriend, Matt.
