Simplicity at its finest is NOT what i would depict how my life was, nor would i suggest the continuation of my naivety however, as my life escalates into complexity, i hope to keep my optimistic hindsight on life in order to live. Just live. My personal ordeal is to live with no regrets, as though i will die tomorrow. I follow the path that will lead me to who I want to be: someone who people can confide in, to go to when they are in their deepest hour; that's who I want to be. That is my aim in life. Hobbies and interests make my path more flamboyant and enticing, while my family, pet, and friends are the reasons for my existence; the reasons why i try and improve myself. My lack of self motivation for change may be quite obvious, but it doesn't mean that improvement did not occur. It may be so petite, so small, that it's practically invisible, but i guarantee you, i do try. Indefinitely.

BBQ + Hot Pot

On Monday, Linh invited me to a BBQ at Jack's house. Anthony was the one who drove us there. We stopped by Carrington's Westfields first to buy some food for the BBQ. I did most of the cooking >=D HA dare say that I can't cook huh?! Then again... cooking a BBQ isn't that hard >.> Since it was so hot in the morning, Jack actually hosed us while we were cooking =.=. Thankfully, he didn't do it for long, or else the food would've been ruined.

Anyways, I felt sorry for the magpies =/ the boys were having fun chucking the leftover sausages at them. Actually, I feel bad about wasting food too, but I didn't actually have the stomach to eat it all. I was saving up for Korean BBQ later that night. We didn't end up going. Anyways, it got worse actually; first it was chucking them, then it was batting with them with a baseball bat, and then they decided to through empty coke bottles instead. Half the time, they hit Jack instead LOL xP.

We played snooker, and then another game involving snooker. I don't know what's it called but it goes like this; we all pick a number out of a cup, and we just play snooker. If your ball gets out, you were out too. In this game, the difference was that you're allowed to hit any ball, not only just stripped or solid ones; and you're allowed to hit the 8 ball as well, you didn't need to wait until the end to hit it in. Yes, I was hopeless at it. Everyone was better than me. Jack and Michael ended up hitting the balls off the table half the time; Michael was really good at the game O_O.

We did different things after that. Some of us watched movies, like Alvin and the Chipmunks: Squeakquel and Dinner with the Schmucks. The chipmunks movie was okay but the Dinner wit the Schmucks was pretty funny =D. We watched a bit of 172 Hours. I thought it was pretty gruesome and graphic; maybe because it was based on a true story =/. I digressed. The others played snooker again. Linh and Lisa went for a walk a couple of times too. When Elin came over, the boys started making pancakes while the girls watched a movie.

Around 7PM, My Linh and Allan came to pick Lisa, Linh and I up. By then, it actually started sprinkling =.= stupid weather. Linh wasn't feeling that well. But since we were all hungry, we ended up going to Canley Vale for hot pot at Red Sichuan. Unfortunately, my friends weren't working that day =(. Anyways, the food was pretty nice; the interior was half decorative, half mundane (maybe they didn't want to overdo it with the decorations); and they had very nice/good services =). We ordered a half normal spicy and half chicken soup base; we doubted if the spicy side was really 'normal'. If that was normal, 'hot' would've been extremely chili. I think it was mostly because of the herbs that made it spicy. The herbs kind of irritated our throats as well. To me, the spice was something I could handle, but it did make me cough a couple of times. We didn't order desserts because we were all a bit full. The bill ended up being ~$110. I guess it wasn't as bad as the all-you-can-eat TK Something restaurant next door.

Linh drove us home instead since My Linh didn't want to drive. It took a while to get home because we had a short conversation while parked in front of Linh's house. I won't expose the content of the conversation, but it was kind of funny =P. Anyways, I'm thankful towards Linh because she always drove me home =P. Toby cried when I got home *sigh* =P.

PS. Jack's computer tower was HUGE O_O!!!
PSS. My Linh is a really funny driver =P.
PSSS. Welcome home to those who went to Kiama =).

A trip down memory lane in Australia

Once again, Open Day for universities arrived at our doorsteps, welcoming us with their freebies, masterpieces and intriguing courses. Thank you for welcoming us with open arms.

I STRIPPED in the car last Friday afternoon MWAHAHAHAHA! Only because I didn't have time to change in the toilets since mum and I were going to meet my cousins (who are also siblings), from Malaysia who we haven't seen for almost 10 years, at the city. Who are they? They are Puiyi 姐姐 and Mun Hong 哥哥. I sure missed them! They actually brought gifts for me, including San San 姐姐! 非常感謝! While Puiyi 姐姐 and her friend, Elvin, went to get dressed to go clubbing, Mun Hong 哥哥, mum and I went walking around at Chinatown before meeting up again to eat dinner with them and Elvin's friends. Obviously, when you don't see your relatives for almost 10 years, there sure is a lot to catch up with! Thankfully, everyone is well in Malaysia, so that's good!

Thanks to Kelly and Joes for waiting for me at the station, on Saturday morning, or else it would've been a lonesome trip to the city. We rendezvous with the others at UTS, then we split up. Joes and I tagged along with Eric, Minhky, Vicky and Stanley to USYD. Athena and her cute and fluffy pomeranian female puppy, Cutie, joined us on the bus trip in search for Annie and Cindy. I sure saw a lot of Canley students and Seftoners at the universities. We didn't do much, just the usual activities; walking, talking, singing, dancing, searching, taking, rendezvousing, eating, speculating, etc.

Us rehearsing the Thriller dance. Us at Townhall (left to right: Stanley, Vicky, Joes, Me, Kelly, Eric and Minhky)

So what's extra special about this Open Day? *drum rolls* Michael Jackson's Birthday Flash Mob! Yep! We were anticipating the chance to perform a tribute for the King of Pop's 51st birthday (29O8O9)! First we took the bus back to Central from USYD, then walked to Hyde Park (we had trouble finding directions for it), learnt the dance for an hour or so, then walked all the way to Townhall, waited for another half an hour, then performed Thriller, then walked all the way to Circular Quay to do another performance (twice there), and we were just too tired to walk all the way to IMAX to do another performance, so we went to 'Pancake on the Rocks' instead =). We should've taken the bus or train for transport, instead of just walking all around Sydney xO! My feet were screaming for a foot massage! And no, we weren't at the front; we were at the back of the group =).

Tree huggers =)

You know, I got tired from laughing too much during the trip to and from The Rocks because of the others and their eccentric comments ROFLMAOS! But we went our separate ways after we reached Central train station (don't worry, we weren't that stupid to walk all the way back again; we took the train back). Vicky, Eric, Stanley and I took another train to Townhall while the others caught another train home. We met up with the other Seftoners on the monorail (excluding Michael Sin) and it was pretty fun. Hot and suffocating, but fun. OH! A funny incident happened during our monorail trip:

Eric: aslkjdfioefekjdlfkadsf
Fiona: aslkdfjsadlkfj I really like this necklace, although all the jewels on the piano fell off asldkfjkdsljf.
Eric and Vincent takes a closer look at the necklace.
Fiona: Stop loooking at my chest! *covers her chest*
Vicky: You have no chest to look at - I'M JOKING!
Everyone: OHHHHHHH!
Fiona attempts to strangle Vicky and everyone laughs.

ROFLMAOS! Vicky you cheeky one! I only managed one trip around the city before I went off again. Eric and Stanley were nice to wait with me for my cousins to pick me up. We spent our waiting time at Kinokuniya and I realised we all were interested in anime and/or manga =D! YAY! Then came Puiyi 姐姐 and off to dinner we went. CLUBBING - I wish. Since my mum took my license to help me make a new passport, and the fact that they didn't accept student ID cards, Mun Hong 哥哥 stayed with me while the others partied. We had desserts before we went our separate ways though and it was pretty delicious =D. I think the place was called Passionfruit Cafe... or something like that anyways! Mun Hong 哥哥 and I went to an internet cafe before we went around Chinatown for more snacks LOL! We headed to the hotel after that since we both were pretty tired from the day.

Us having desserts.
St. Mary's Cathedral.

The next day we had breakfast at 2PM. Yes, you read right, 2PM ROFLS! The cafe is called Tart Cafe and we were accompanied by 2 other people, besides Elvin, that were Puiyi 姐姐 new friends. They were engaged actually =D. Our first destination of the day was St. Mary's Cathedral and it sure was beautiful, inside and out =D. Next was the markets at The Rocks which was also my first time being there. I've only just walked pass there a couple of times, but I've never actually entered the market street before. In short, I was site-seeing with them as well HAHAHA! So much for being a Sydney resident. Mun Hong 哥哥 went home with me while Puiyi 姐姐 went to party with Elvin again at Argle Street Club hahaha! He came and slept over at our house for a night =D. Mun Hong 哥哥 and I played a bit on my computer before he got tired and hence, he went to sleep while I stayed on my computer a little bit longer. He slept in my room while I slept with my mum =) All in all, my weekends were exhausting yet GREAT!

PS. I had fun reminding Kelly to practice her southern American accent for her HSC drama monologue!
PSS. Thanks to my friends for their birthday presents! I really like them!
PSSS. YAY! It's the end of Winter and tomorrow will be the beginning of Spring!

VOTE FOR PRIME MINISTER!

26O8O8 - David Chiv's 17th Birthday.

Guess why I'm typing this blog in red. I'm angry. You know why? Because I'm capped! It can be pretty frustrating when your MSN and net isn't really working properly when you have a pile of stuff to do on the net, and no, I'm not talking about playing online games and stuff LOL! Anyways, let's forget that! This blog is DEFINITELY not about voting for prime minister LOL! I mean, there's still like ... a couple of years left! WOOT WOOT! Anyways, no I'll be talking about the elections for SRC of year 12. WOW! Only one year left! Time pass so fast doesn't it? LOL! I admire those people that tried for SRC! It sure was a hard choice for everyone! I think in a couple of weeks, we'll be voting for Captain. Mitchel has his own campaign, how amazing is that?! Anyways, yes and no that we get to miss out maths. Yes, because it means that our homework wouldn't be due STRAIGHT away and no because we'll miss a lesson and it'll be harder to learn about the topic with only a couple of weeks left. *sigh* Mrs Wardman JUST have to leave on vacation JUST before our exams start, doesn't she? You know what's so stupid? I'm on my old MSN right now but the thing is, I actually deleted the program, so now I don't know how to go to it, though pop-ups of people signing into the MSN appears, so the only thing is I can talk to the people who just signs in, so people that didn't JUST sign in, talk to me? I'm not a very good conversationalist when I'm by myself LOL!

PS. We are going to have a 2 hour strike next Tuesday - yumcha anyones? LOL!

english surprise

18O8O8 - Andy's 17th Birthday.
19O8O8 - Maria's 16th Birthday.
20O8O8 - Nathan's 17th Birthday.
21O8O8 - Christian's 17th Birthday.

On Friday, period 8, we had a surprise party for Mrs. Paniku, our English teacher. Mr. Mckenzie and Mrs. Anastacio helped us with the party, so THANK YOU! Oh yeah, Thomas, Peter and Loreen helped collect the money in order for the party to occur in the first place, so THANK YOU guys.

Mrs. Paniku sure had a huge surprise, with balloons and poppers everywhere. We watched a video that Eric, and co. made, while Jenny did the editing. It was a pretty funny video and Mrs. get to keep it. We got her a bouquet of lilies and a gift voucher. We had a chocolate cake and a strawberry cheese cake, which was delicious! Katrina, Shain and Peter gave a speech to Mrs. while Mrs. gave a speech back to us. She sure appreciated the surprise and all. And damn, She sure is young! She's only turning twenty-seven (I think?). Of course, she doesn't look that old but she's so mature!

Anyways, we had a group photo and ate our cake. Overall, it was a fun afternoon =). Of course, the afternoon couldn't just end like that, hence a balloon fight occurred! I got my first hit by Kelly, then Sarina, then Danny and so forth LOL! We all get to grab a balloon, or two, home. May I comment on how lovely and pretty the way the serviettes were packaged, and it was all done by Loreen! She sure is talented with decorative activities.

Later in the afternoon I saw Binh, a four-year-old ex-Canley student! She used to be my bus partner, since we went the same way home. Boy, it sure was great to see her again. It's been almost years since I last talked to her, the most recent time that I saw her was when I was on the bus, in the morning, with Anna and she tapped my shoulder before she left the bus, so that doesn't really count as seeing her again. Anyways, she moved universities, so now I'll barely even see her again! Oh wells, at least I have her number =) so that's okay! Anyways, I better go do my maths homework now... LOL!

Overall, HAPPY BIRTHDAY MRS. PANIKU!

PS. I'm so annoyed that I'm capped =.= ARGHHHHHHHHH!
PSS. I think Titan's present is lost in the mail =.= or that 'company' just stuffed up my order!
PSS. Stupid msn! It's going off and on!

Laughing Stock

O2O4O8 - Jeffrey's 16th Birthday.

HAHAHA! It's April! Can you believe it? Of course, this will mean the end of one season and the start of another. No offense but I actually don't like Autumn. MY asthma attacks are the worse in this season due to dusts and small particles, etc. You can't blame me! I'm Asthmatic. Also, the weather of Autumn is horrible I tell you. HORRIBLE! I mean, cold in the morning then hot in the afternoon. No wonder people get sick easily in Autumn. I don't like Winter either even though my birthday is in Winter. I just don't like the cold. You can't do much in Winter, and I get cold easily. I prefer Summer, no matter how hot is is. Spring is okay I guess. People get hay fever in Spring, but I don't think I do, so it's okay for me. As I was saying, April's here and being extra gullible on the first day of April is no exception. You don't know how many times I've been tried by the most obvious pranks there were on April Fools Day.For example, I was walking pass My Linh when she stated: "Fiona, your pants is on fire." Stupidly, I looked down to see that my pants was perfectly fine and fire-free. I slammed My Linh's ass as a punishment. Shain also tricked the class about him leaving to Bossley High. Almost the whole class believed him. I need to complain. This coming Tuesday, from years 7-10, they had the day off due to the teachers' stop-work meeting. The seniors had o stay back however, after their assessments the year 12s get to go home straight after. From 11:00AM the year 11s, which includes me, have to stay at school until 2:27PM, which is when we leave. How unjust is that?! How unfair is that?! That's really unfair! Anyways, besides that I've been piled up with heaps of assignments to finished off. I've finished of most of my assignments but I still have maths, extension english, chemistry and a maths topic test to finish off the following week. *sigh* I guess it's right, seniors don't have holidays until the HSC is over. On the contrary, instead of wish the holidays to come early, I wish it will lag a bit because I have assignments to finish off in the holidays, and tests to do afterwards so I have to study in the holidays as well. So much work to do! But I do hope to go to Taronga Zoo with my friends, get my liscence and find a job. I don't know if I'll be able to manage it all but hopefully I will. Anyways, I don't know how I'm going to survive with a capped computer! I've wasted it all on watching 'My Lucky Star' which is a pretty good series. The story line is quite good and the series quite funny! Jimmy Lin is so cute (even if he is 34/35 years of age) xDD !!! I wish I can buy the series instead so I can watch it anytime. I need to remind my mum to buy new batteries for the control of the DVD player. I watched 'My Sassy Girl' and it's really funny and cute! It was so cute that I couldn't stop going 'aww!' Anyways, that's about it.

PS. Bich and Titan! I still can't believed you signed us up for ASX without me knowing! And now, the game is like 1/3 through and we haven't even started buying OR selling shares yet! I don't know if we're even allowed to start our account anymore. ZOMG =.=!

witch doctor

I went to the doctors today for a check up. Then my mum drove me to pizza hut, in Canley Vale, and I swear I ordered a Supreme, but I got a Hawaiin Pizza in the end. I went home, then to Linh's house. We talked about this and that, then we practised 'Valenti' and she taught me more dance moves. I think I only remember half the new moves I've learned yesterday xP ! So I might be going back to her house later on today =) ! Then we decided to make moves to the song 'Witch Doctor' by Alvin and the Chipmunks. It's a really cute and cool song! and we've managed to make moves for 1 minute and 10 seconds. I couldn't practice at home because I didn't have the song and I'm capped at well for the rest of the month T_T . David was nice enough to send me the song by email but I couldn't download it into my computer because I'm CAPPED! =_= !! I'm addicted to songs from S.H.E now. Julie finally gave me the S.H.E CD and DVD just a few days ago. It actually belongs to Jessica and I asked to borrow it ages ago but Julie kept on forgetting to give it to me. Luckily we live on the same street, so she just placed it in my mailbox LOL! Yeah, that was my day =) !

natural rookie

Yesterday, which was the 5th of January, Julie, Nelson and I decided to go to the city to just hang around and chill. And guess what? A new born singer is found : NELSON! I'll go into further detail later down the blog.

Unfortunately, I started my day late because I slept at 7 in the morning yesterday. I was too preoccupied with watching 'Devil Beside You' that I decided to just not sleep until the time has come. However, I guess I wasn't used to NOT sleeping at all, so I had a nap. When I woke up, it was 9.30 AM already. I told Julie that I was going to meet her at 10 that morning, and I couldn't call my mum to drive me because she was already out. I took a shower and made it to Cabramatta station at about 10.45 AM. I tried to call Julie with the pay phone but it was being a retarded thing and kept on stuffing up. Finally, I managed to call Julie and took the next train to the city, with Julie on it as well. It seemed that she had a bad day too because her bus was extremely late. She decided to walk but it was getting late, so she decided to take the next bus. Once she was at the station, I called her so she missed the train to Cabramatta (talk about bad luck!) so she told me to catch the next train, via Granville, since the train would be passing the Farfield station anyways. It seemed that Nelson was also late with catching his bus to the city.

On the train we talked about the WEIRDEST things ever! Julie had the most hilarious, interesting and weirdest stories that I've ever heard. She was fun to hang around with because she never has nothing to say, and that's a good thing. =)

We met up with Nelson at Capital Square and went window shopping around at Market City and Paddy's Markets. Then we went walking around here and there, around Townhall and Central. I swear, Julie and Nelson share the same dirty, strange and funny humour. Both of them couldn't stop laughing! When we went to that sand park, near IMAX, Julie and I went on one of those wooden playgrounds and she was talking to me:

Julie: You know, you're older than me.
Fiona: *laughs* So?
Julie: So, get off!

Unfortunately, a little boy just arrived at that specific playground, where Julie and I were playing. He turned around when Julie said that with this shocked-looking expression. Nelson and I laughed so much and called Julie a bully. Julie repeatedly apologise to the little boy and began calling us names and blaming on us. LOL! Julie did so much hilarious things that day that I might've died laughing. And when we point out her mistakes, she would reply with an 'I hate you' or 'you're on' or other similar comments.

Nothing was that hilarious, compared to the time when we ate upstairs in China Town. I swear, never eat with Julie and Nelson. I'm laughing right now just recalling that particular moment. ROFLMAOS!!!! xDDD !! Nelson and I ordered something from this Korean shop. I had this spicy beef soup and he had something with octopus tentacles. I found that disturbing because I didn't like things with tentacles, or more than two legs. We were eating because we were all starving, especially me. Julie didn't eat because she didn't feel like it. Unfortunately, on the way back to the table Nelson purposely stopped and made me bump into him and hence, making me spill some of my soup. When we went back to the table, Nelson kept on making fun about the tentacles and how I was afraid of them. So when I was trying to eat the eggs in the soup, he made all these weird noises and Julie and I kept on laughing. I couldn't finish my meal properly because of him. Julie was laughing harder than me because she was sitting right across him and saw him making the funny noises with his mouth, and it looked really strange. Then, trying to avenge for me, Julie made fun of Nelson's food, which only made things worse. Julie said some of the most disgusting things of what his food resembled. So, we took longer to finish our meal because we were laughing too much. I got so disturbed with eating the eggs that I gave Nelson the eggs. Julie then commented on how the egg was the one that touched my teeth but I didn't eat it. When I left to get a drink, the shoved the egg back into my soup. At the time I didn't notice and they lied how Nelson already ate it. Luckily, I was only eating the rice with the soup. It was only until later did I find out that he shoved it back it. Hence, I made him eat all the eggs, and Julie fed me the noodles because she was using my chopsticks to pick up the eggs for Nelson. We then mixed his small bowl of soup with the remainders of our food. And left the scene.

We went to K square and heard Nelson sing. We both agreed that Nelson was a FANTASTIC singer! He can sing really good, but he prefers to sing Asian music than English. Just like Cindy T, Fianna, Annie, Kelly and other friends of mine, he was a great singer! Most of the songs he sang were Jay Chou's songs. I sang some songs, but Julie sang none =[. What a waste. OH! And the price went up to $6.00 !! >=/ that's not good! And the toilets were bad =/ so be careful!

We went to take capitals, and saw some of Nelson's friends. They were so good at the skill testers and they were all good looking too! =D so stylish xD ! I felt like I was wearing my pjs, but Julie said I looked fine. I'll take her word for it. We took capitals and Julie kept on embarrassing Nelson when we were decorating the capitals. Nelson had to go early because his friends were waiting for him to go to Campbelton for a surprise party for a friend. So Julie and I went around Market City again to help her buy some new clothes. For half of the ride home, Julie had to leave to go to her mum's house, so I was alone for a while, but that was okay. Went home and went straight to sleep. That was how tired I was yesterday. But, it was still a fun day. At least I got to meet Nelson for the first time =) and had Julie to make me laugh.
